Scott Thompson

At about only 5 years of age, Scott Thompson remembers a poignant conversation around the kitchen table between his father and grandfather about starting a business here in Houston. This was 1961. Scott chimed in that if his dad started this business, he would come take it over when he grew up. And just about 2 decades later, that’s exactly what he did.

But unfortunately, it happened sooner than planned. In 1984, Scott was early in his career and working for a consulting engineer in Houston. But tragedy struck when his dad passed away from a sudden heart attack. So Scott quit his job and immediately took over the company, at the time rather small but filled with very good employees.

In his first year in charge, Scott worked tirelessly to keep the company growing, which he did quite impressively by managing to break $1 Million in sales that very first year!

Before he took over the business, Scott attended Texas A&M and has received his Mechanical Engineering Degree and is a Registered Professional Engineer for Texas.

Scott and his wife Gayle have raised two daughters here, now both grown up. It can be hard work running our company keeping homes and businesses all across Houston cool and comfortable. So in his downtime, Scott just enjoys relaxing and hanging out, especially when he can get out boating on Lake Conroe.
